I enjoy extracting regrets or unpleasant memories from my past school life and transforming them into jewellery pieces, as a way of reconciling with those experiences.
I am someone who likes to hide myself, and from a young age, I have always strived to make myself appear less remarkable. To achieve this goal, I observe those around me and pretend to be like them in front of others. To fit into my surroundings, I don't need to become someone else; I just need to make myself look similar to them. Underneath this“mask”, I can remain true to myself.
In the series Protective Colours, I took make-up as my starting point and created a collection of wearable veil jewellery. Inspired by make-up tutorials, I used silver wire to outline facial contours and features, covered the face in white fabric and embellished it with pearls to highlight shimmer and blush. I also incorporated clay and metal to create interchangeable coloured contact lenses and false eyelashes, derived from my exaggerated observations of classmates’make-up. When I wear these pieces of jewellery, which come with their own make-up, they give me a sense of security, much like the protective colours of a chameleon.

我喜欢从我过去的校园生活中提取遗憾或不愉快的往事，并将它们转化为首饰作品，以此与过去的经历和解。
我是一个想隐藏自己的人，从小到大，我一直努力让自己看起来不那么特别。为了实现这个目标，我观察身边的其他人，在外人面前假装与他们一样。为了融入环境，我不需要成为别人，只需要让自己看起来与他们一样即可。在这层“面具”下，我可以保持真实的自我。
在《保护色》这系列作品中，我以化妆为出发点，创作了一系列可佩戴的面纱首饰。我从化妆教程中获得灵感，使用银丝概括脸型和五官的形状，用白纱覆盖面部，并用珍珠点缀高光和腮红。我还运用粘土和金属制作了可替换的美瞳和假睫毛，这些部分来自于我对同学妆容的夸张观察。当我佩戴这系列自带妆容的首饰时，会给我带来安全感，就像变色龙的保护色。
